Santa needs a mudguard
Yet again Sam Dyason takes the festive club run honours, pitching up this time in a full Father Christmas suit and beard. Although after a few miles of riding, Sam’s heinous lack of rear mudguard did result in the impression that Santa had experienced a scary moment.

Ho ho ho! The festive club run is scheduled for 19th December with a trip to the cyclist’s oasis that is the Rambler’s Rest at Millington. Mulled wine and mince pies will substitute for the usual tea and cakes and it will play havoc with anyone wanting an uninterrupted, healthy base-training ride.
