Clifton CC rider Bendelow took the win after a two-man break that survived almost to the finish line.
The third annual Velo Club Beverley Summer Road Race ran in fine conditions but with a stiff westerly breeze blunting attacks on the long uphill drag from Walkington to High Hunsley. Despite plentiful digs off the front, the [...]

Congratulations to VC Beverley member and Wilsons Wheels racer Paul Rymer, who has just had his third cat licence delivered before the season’s properly started!

Excellent race on Sunday 24th July, on a course that seems to be popular with riders. We look forward to running the event again next year. Chapeau to all riders and helpers.
A substantial break got away about half way through the event and stayed away to the finish on this quick course, building a 2-minute [...]
