Rob is a long-standing member of Velo Club Beverley and current custodian of much local cycling silverware. A former holder of VC Beverley’s ‘most improved rider’ award, Rob was also the 2009 ‘club rider of the year’, partly due to his superb victory in the 2009 East Yorkshire Road Race League.

Also the club’s unofficial ‘directeur sportif’ and sartorial conscience, Rob takes a keen interest in ensuring the club looks sharp too.

Paul joined Velo Club Beverley when he moved to Beverley from London in September 2007.

Since joining, he’s got into road racing, albeit at a humble 40-something cat 4 level. (That dashing pic on the right was only on lap 2 and he punctured seconds afterwards).

Paul’s duties as chairman include acting as the organiser and public face of the club and keeping things together on the club run.

Martin’s been with the club pretty much from the beginning. He disappears into the world of cyclocross in the season, emerging scarily strong in the spring.
