Iv just started cycling again after a 25 year rest, i am by no means as fit as i once was, im not fit at all, i was thinking of joining a club run but dont want to slow you all down, my pace is around 15mph over 30 to 40 miles but i need to increace every part of my training, my bike is new but c**p (£200)to give you an idea of it.
Should i do a club run or should i get a bit fitter first ?
