jeeze that was hard.
is anyone going to be venturing over to sproatley in the next few weeks? i can't make next weekend but hope to be at the other 3.
nigel you seriosuly need to sort out that gearing going up hills, everyone else is spinning their legs twice as fast as you as they ride away into the distance.

Went in three this wk cos there was a few more fast guys there. There was only four of us for six laps n three for the last four so will be interesting to see the times, especially since no one caught us.
We did twenty odd miles before hand today so riding to sproatley shouldn't be a problem .

nigel, if you're going to ogle victoria hood as she passes you should probably make sure there isn't someone taking photos at the time. (second to last page)

I wondered who would spot that!.
What actually is happening is its the back of our group, I was following Victoria who had just dropped back and pulled in behind another riders wheel and I was dropping back also and I'm looking for the back wheel of Victoria to pull in behind. The order of proccession was like that for a few laps in our group. If the photographer had a wide angle lens it would have looked different with the rest of the group in view.
All purely innocent.

I'm out this morning for a steady ride to stretch the legs before tommorows club ride, I've done too much this week being on holiday. Plus it might be getting too fast for me these Saturday sessions now in about there 7th week.
